We possess various Juki models of sewing machines and other machines such as double needles pin tucking thread sucking, flat folding machines with automatic margin cutting & over locks, flomatic continues fusing machine 8” straight knife cloth cutting machine, Xcel Maxi-18, Xcel Alisea Kansai special placket machine at our premises to enable us to provide quality products through tight delivery schedules. Our product depicts the similarity of styles & designs desired by each individual buyer.

The House Of Production:-

Our first step in the production process is to procure and quality controls the fabric in accordance to the buyer’s demand. We source the fabric from various reputed mills such as Reliance,BVM, Ashima and  Arvind. Greigh fabric is also procured that needs further processing such as dyeing and printing.Quality Checks at the time of the resource allocation are carried out to get consistent quality. The fabric is eventually forwarded to cutting department where the fabric  after being cut is subjected to rigorous part checks. The fabric is then bundled,numbered an issued to the assembly line for stitching etc.  The stitching department has inbuilt quality control unit, whereby online supervision of stitched fabric is carried out so that the stitched garments is devoid at all sorts of defects.The stitched garment is moved to the buttoning department and then further to finishing department. All readied  pieces  are inspected by quality control personnel which insures adherence to the specification given by the buyers. However, our quality check does not end here- our export house has a 100% rechecking department to further ensure our confidence while sending a shipment. Finally goods are moved to the despatch department.
